For 13 years Heather Findlay fronted Mostly Autumn, taking them from fledgling local hopefuls to international Classic Rock giants. During this time she cemented a reputation as a celebrated songwriter, mesmerising performer and awesome vocalist, possessed of a keen ability to communicate heart, power and emotion in her singing. As an independent artist she is already blazing a unique trail, fearlessly eschewing the habits of her peers and releasing her new material in compact selections every few months. Her first release The Phoenix Suite sold out in just 9 minutes.

COLLABORATION
I was very lucky to have Heather's help from the beginning of this project. She was a natural choice for the female led songs on the album as we had collaborated many times over the years. One of those previous collaborations, 'Angels', finally ended up on the album. She also became a sounding board and gave me a lot of support as I began to develop the concept behind the album. She made the songs she sang her own and put an emotion and passion into the characters that brought them to life in a way I could not have imagined.
